Al Baron Security Services Company is seeking to hire a highly qualified International Relations Consultant & Contracts Specialist with extensive experience in business development, contract acquisition, and strategic relationship management.
Location: International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq
Employment Type: Full-time position, subject to a six (6) month probationary period.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Proven track record in securing contracts and developing business opportunities.
- Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and investment contracts.
- Strong and active professional network with:
- Diplomatic missions, international organizations, and commercial entities operating in Iraq.
- Oil and gas companies currently operating in Iraq, as well as international companies planning to enter and invest in the Iraqi market.
- Local and international commercial and technical companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships and communication channels with diplomatic missions, international organizations, oil companies, and commercial enterprises.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts for the company.
- Facilitate negotiations and the execution of commercial agreements and contracts.
- Support foreign companies seeking to establish or expand their operations in Iraq.
- Provide professional advice on contracts, business development, and institutional relations.
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Country Director.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from USD 3,000 to USD 5,000, depending on qualifications and experience, to be determined after the interview.
- Highly attractive performance-based commissions and incentives on contracts secured for the company, proportional to the value and size of the contracts.
